
Starbucks‘ skinny chai tea latte
My post-workout drink of choice at Starbucks. Sometimes when I can’t be bothered to bring my protein shake (I hate the gigantic bottle – it takes so much space in my bag) I opt out for this. Don’t forget to ask for SKIM MILK/NON FAT milk, and pour some cinnamon powder and a bit of vanilla sugar :))
p.s. I chose this over coffee-based drink because I avoid having caffeine after workout – just because it gave me a quick jolt of energy for around 30mins or so, and soon my energy level depleted after that.
