使用UPD-200-SP和1GHz示波器进行高保真脉冲波形测量。光源是我们的PULSELAS®-P-1064-100亚纳秒调Q激光器。
用UPD-200-SP光电探测器和1GHz示波器记录的He-Ne激光器(633nm)的纵模跳动。1.5GHz拍频信号的调制深度受限于示波器带宽的25%。
